Land use project applications and supporting data are submitted to the Town for review and approval by the Planning & Zoning Commission and/or Town Council, as required by the Municipal Code.   

Design Review Applications and supporting data for the Master Plan Design Guidelines and Airport Gateway are submitted to the Town for the Design Review Board to review and approve as required by the Municipal Code. 

The public is welcome to attend Design Review Board, Planning Commission, and Town Council meetings to learn about and ask questions about these projects when they are on the agenda. Written comments on projects may be submitted to Lana Bryce, Community Development Director, or James Wooldridge, Planner II, no later than one week prior to the scheduled meeting date or unless otherwise specified.
