An application has been submitted for a Zoning Setback Variance at 374 Jules Way. The applicant is requesting a Zoning Variance from the 25-foot rear setback requirement in the Longview Subdivision Planned Unit Development (PUD) Guide. The proposal is for a 10-foot rear setback for the construction of an accessory building.

The Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing to review the application on Wednesday, October 7th, 2026. The public hearing will be held at 7:00 PM (MST) or soon thereafter, as the matter may be heard, in the Council Chambers at 50 Lundgren Boulevard.

We will be holding these meetings in person and viewable through the Town’s website. To provide public comment, you may attend the meeting in person or provide comment to Christopher Wagner by Monday, September  28th, 2026, at 9 AM (MST) for the Planning and Zoning Commission.
