Town Clerk
The Office of the Town Clerk keeps Gypsum’s official business running smoothly. The Town Clerk prepares agendas, packets, and minutes for Town Council meetings and ensures all Council actions are accurately recorded. The Town Clerk also conducts municipal elections, cares for the town seal, manages public records, and serves as the Municipal Court Clerk.
The Town Clerk is also the point of contact for Open Records Requests, liquor and tobacco licenses, and real estate transfer tax exemptions. If it needs organizing, filing, or keeping official, it likely passes through this office — and the Town Clerk is here to make any process clear and friendly.
