All upcoming Gypsum public meetings are listed below under Upcoming Events, and past Gypsum public meetings are listed under Past Meetings. You may view agendas, minutes, and video recordings for any meeting by clicking on the corresponding links. Livestream is also available during meeting times.
- These meetings are open to the public, and we always enjoy seeing community members in the audience.
- If you would like to address the Town Council during a meeting, please contact the Town Clerk to schedule a time to appear on the agenda. To address the Planning & Zoning Commission or Design Review Board, please email the Community Development Office Coordinator.
- Need Auxiliary aid for Public Meetings? Persons with disabilities needing auxiliary aids for a Town of Gypsum Public Meeting may request assistance by emailing our Town Clerk or by calling 970-524-7514 during business hours. We would appreciate you contacting us at least 72 hours in advance of the scheduled meeting so that arrangements can be made to locate the requested auxiliary aid.

Recorded meetings on and after April 25th, 2023, have closed captions in English; prior to this date, they do not have captions. To request a copy of a meeting prior to April 25th, 2023, or meetings that may have been missed, with captions added, please email the Town Clerk or call 970-524-7514 during business hours.
