Planning & Zoning

The Planning & Zoning Department works to provide smart, managed growth and development to help shape the Town of Gypsum and keep it a desirable place to live and do business. Planning & Zoning is also responsible for establishing and updating Zoning Regulations, leading long-term Planning Projects, assisting the public in processing Projects, Developments, and Proposals, and presenting materials to the Design Review Board, Planning & Zoning Commission, and Town Council for review and approval.
