An application has been submitted for Final Plat at Tower Center Phase 3 for an extension of Althea Way to connect to Winterset Avenue, 43 single-family housing lots along this private road, as well as drainage, utilities, and open space.

The Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing to review the application on Wednesday, December 2nd, 2026, and Town Council will hold a public hearing to review the application on Tuesday, December 8th, 2026, and. Both of the public hearings will be held at 7 PM (MST) or soon thereafter, as the matter may be heard, in the Council Chambers at 50 Lundgren Boulevard.

We will be holding these meetings in person and viewable through the Town’s website. To provide public comment, you may attend the meeting in person or provide comment to James Wooldridge by Monday, November 23rd, 2026, at 9 AM (MST) for the Planning and Zoning Commission, and Monday, November 30th, 2026, 9 AM (MST) for Town Council.
