An application has been submitted for a Minor Plat Amendment and Zoning Height Variance at 175 McGregor Drive for St. Mary’s Catholic Church. The Minor Plat Amendment would combine Lots 81 and 82 for the development of the new church building and parking area. The Height Variance is to accommodate for architectural features which go beyond the 50-foot limit set by the Airport Gateway Design Guidelines.

The Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing to review the Minor Plat Amendment application and Zoning Height Variance on Wednesday, May 6th, 2026. The public hearing will be held at 7:00 PM (MST) or soon thereafter, as the matter may be heard, in the Council Chambers at 50 Lundgren Boulevard.

We will be holding the public hearing in person and viewable through the Town’s website. To provide public comment, you may attend the meeting in person or provide comments to Christopher Wagner by Monday, April 27th, 2026 at 5:00 PM (MST) for the Planning and Zoning Commission.
