Tower Center Phase 2 - PUD Amendment

An application has been submitted for the Tower Center Phase 2 PUD Amendment. The amendment serves to adjust the setbacks for Commercial Mixed-Use Planning Areas within the Tower Center PUD from 10 feet to 5 feet to better suit the Mixed-Use area design.
The Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing to review the application on Wednesday, July 15th, 2026. Town Council will hold a First Reading (no public hearing) to review the application on Tuesday, July 21st, 2026, and a Second Reading (public hearing) on Tuesday, August 11th, 2026. The public hearing, First Reading, and Second Reading will be held at 7 PM (MST) or soon thereafter, as the matter may be heard in the Council Chambers at 50 Lundgren Boulevard.
We will be holding these meetings in person and viewable through the Town’s website. To provide public comment, you may attend the meeting in person or provide comment to James Wooldridge by Monday, July 6th at 9 AM (MST) for the Planning and Zoning Commission, and Monday, August 3rd at 9 AM (MST) for Town Council.
