The Town of Gypsum is proud to support our local youth involved in agriculture and 4-H. In 2026, we will award twenty 4-H livestock project participants a $250 add-on donation for one livestock project auction item. 

PLEASE NOTE: The Town of Gypsum will award livestock project auction add-ons to only one member per family and for one livestock project per applicant. Please understand that we must spread the donations around. In the event that more than 20 applications are received, we will exclude applicants who received donations in the previous year to ensure broader support. 

Submission Deadline: Thursday, July 23, 2026 

Eligibility & Application Requirements 

To be considered, applicants must: 

• Be a current Gypsum resident 

• Submit this completed application by Thursday, July 23, 2026 

• Deliver a livestock project flyer or your auction invitation to the Gypsum Town Hall (attention: Taylor Slaugh). Ideally, this is done by the youth/student applicant, not the parent.  
  Bonus Opportunity: Introduce yourself and deliver your flyer or auction invite at a Gypsum Town Council meeting on June 23, July 7, or July 21 at 7 p.m. at the Gypsum Council Chambers (50 Lundgren Blvd., Gypsum, center doors) Upon arrival, please sign in and notify the Town Clerk of your intention; you’ll then be invited to speak during the “Citizens Before Council” portion of the meeting.
