Tower Center Phase 2 - Final Plat

An application has been submitted for the Tower Center Phase 2 - Final Plat. The lots created by this plat are to facilitate development of Multi-family Townhomes, Mixed-Use (Commercial/Residential) site, a Park to be dedicated to the Tower Center Metro District, Tract D for future residential development, and extend Winterset Avenue which is a private road managed by the Tower Center Metro District.

The Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing to review the application on Wednesday, July 15th, 2026, and Town Council will hold a public hearing to review the application on Tuesday, August 11th, 2026. Both public hearings will be held at 7 PM (MST) or soon thereafter, as the matter may be heard in the Council Chambers at 50 Lundgren Boulevard.

We will be holding these meetings in person and viewable through the Town’s website. To provide public comment, you may attend the meeting in person or provide comment to James Wooldridge by Monday, July 6th at 9 AM (MST) for the Planning and Zoning Commission and Monday, August 3rd at 9 AM (MST) for Town Council.
