Siena Lake PUD
An application has been submitted for a Minor Plat Amendment at Siena Lake PUD 5th Amendment.
The applicant is adjusting the layout of 46 lots due to the slopes present in the area.
Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, February 4th, 2026 to review the application. The meeting will be held at 7 PM (MST) or soon thereafter as the matter may be heard in the Council Chambers at 50 Lundgren Boulevard.
We will be holding this meeting in person and viewable through the Town’s website. To provide public comment, you may attend the meeting in person or provide comment to James Wooldridge by Monday, January 26th, 2026, at 9 AM (MST) for the Planning & Zoning Commission’s review.
