Food Truck Application

Food Trucks are invited to apply to be part of Gypsum Daze! Selected vendors will be located in the Gypsum Daze Food Court, conveniently situated between the concert venue and festival activities, making it a central hub for hungry attendees throughout the event. The Food Court is open and accessible to all Gypsum Daze visitors (no tickets required), and concert ticket holders are welcome to bring their food purchases into the ticketed concert area.

To be considered for a Food Truck vendor space at Gypsum Daze, please complete the following application and submit the required deposit. To help create a well-balanced and enjoyable food vendor lineup, all food truck applications are subject to approval. Our team will contact you within 14 days of your application submission to notify you of your status.

If your application is not approved, your deposit will be fully refunded. If your application is approved, your deposit will be applied toward your total vendor fee, and the remaining balance will be due at that time.

All Gypsum Daze Food Truck vendors must comply with Colorado mobile food vendor regulations and have a current Food Vendor Operations Plan on file with the Eagle County Department of Health. Please plan ahead — vendors not approved by Eagle County by July 3 risk losing their Food Truck space at Gypsum Daze.
Food Truck space is limited and requires a completed application and paid deposit for consideration.
The food truck application period CLOSES on June 15, 2026, or when the Food Court is full.
