Building Plan Submittal

Gypsum now uses a simple, efficient online program for Building Plan Submittals and Planning Department Land Use Applications. 

  • Plans for residential and commercial projects must be submitted to our online portal (link to the right) in digital PDF format.  Plans must be a full set, legible, and unsecured for us to review.   
  • Please remember, all plans must be approved by the appropriate Design Review Board/HOA prior to submittal to the Town.

If you are planning a smaller project that does not require plans (i.e. new roof, electrical panel upgrades, plumbing fixture replacement) please use any of the following one-time permit applications.

*Please note that Solar Panels do require plans submittal, review and permit. Therefore, please use the Building Permit & Plan Submittal button above for solar panel projects.
