Rent A Facility
The Town of Gypsum has a variety of facilities perfect for all kinds of occasions and events. Below are the different facilities we offer.
A Special Events Permit is required if:
**APPLICATION MUST BE RECEIVED AT LEAST 60 DAYS PRIOR TO EVENT**
- the activities or uses associated with the event are not allowed by the applicable zoning, or a Special Use Permit, Conditional Use Permit or Zoning Variance; or
- the activities or uses associated with the event would otherwise violate the Gypsum Municipal Code; or
- the activities or uses associated with the event are determined by the Town when evaluation the request to use the Town property or facility to required special conditions to mitigate the anticipated impacts from the special event on adjacent property, the neighborhood, and the public.

Community Development Conference Room
The Community Development Department's large conference room offers up to 49 person capacity. Table, chairs, kitchen and bathrooms available for use.
Community Development Conference Room only available during business hours. Monday - Friday, 8AM - 5PM (MST)
