Liquor License

In order to sell liquor at your place of business or at a special event, you must have a Liquor License.

All applicants must complete and pass a background history check through the Colorado Bureau of Investigations. Fingerprint cards are available at the Eagle County Sheriff’s Department, located at 885 East Chambers Avenue in Eagle. Fingerprints are $15.  For questions, contact the Sheriff's department at (970) 328-8500.

Once you have completed and submitted the application packet, your Liquor License will be approved by the Gypsum Liquor License Authority and then mailed to the State of Colorado for final approval.

For Liquor License questions that pertain to the Town of Gypsum requirements for liquor license applicants, please contact Danette Schlegel, Town Clerk at (970) 524-1738.
