Liquor License
In order to sell liquor from your place of business, you must have a Liquor License. You may obtain a
Liquor License Application from the Town Clerk at Gypsum Town Hall or by printing the form online. NOTE: The Packet is large and will take some time to load electronically, please be patient. All forms must be completed and submitted with the correct fees.
All applicants must complete and pass a background history check through CBI. Fingerprint cards are available at the Eagle County Sheriff’s Department, located at 885 East Chambers Avenue in Eagle. Fingerprints are $10 for the first copy and $5 for additional copies. For questions, contact the Sheriff's Department at (970) 328-8500.
Once you have completed and submitted the application packet, your Liquor License will go before the Town of Gypsum Liquor Authority. If and when the application is approved it will then be mailed to the
State of Colorado for final approval.
