Land Use Applications
Application and supporting data provide detailed information regarding projects that have submitted a formal land use application.
Land use applications are presented to the Gypsum Planning & Zoning Commission and/or Town Council as required by Municipal Code.

Planning & Zoning Commission and Town Council public hearings are held in Council Chambers (50 Lundgren Blvd.) and are scheduled to begin at approximately 7 PM, or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard.
