Town Parks

The Town of Gypsum is proud of its parks!  Gypsum has 18 parks throughout the community covering more than 24 acres, and a 57,000 square foot Recreation Center. We have 8 sanctioned horseshoe pits, batting cages, and a skate park.  The Gypsum Creek Golf Course is a 6,900 yard 18 hole Pete Dye designed course and is challenging for all skill levels.  We also offer the Eagle Valley Rod and Gun Club for shooting sports. With over 96 acres of open space, you can be fishing at the local Gypsum Ponds, hiking, mountain bike riding, or enjoying a hot air balloon ride in a matter of minutes..  Wonderful camping, road bike riding through the gorgeous Glenwood Canyon, wildlife viewing, hunting, snowmobiling and rafting the Colorado River are all available.
