Dust Control
Attention all subdivision and lot developers,

This letter is to remind you that the spring and summer winds are now upon us and that dust control of your site is your responsibility at all times. Please take extra precaution to maintain the dust on your property both during construction activities as well as during the evenings and weekends.

The Town will contact you and initiate a stop work order on all project activities until any violations are properly taken care of. In addition to shut downs which can cause large delays and additional costs to your project, the town will also implement fines and municipal court actions if necessary for these violations.

This letter is to serve as your initial notice of these regulations. No further warnings will be granted. Should you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me at lana@townofgypsum.com or 524-7689.

Sincerely,

Lana Gallegos
